How the QR generator works
Pick a type (link, text, Wi-Fi, email or phone), fill in the fields and you get a QR code immediately. Download it as PNG and put it on a poster, in an email or on a site.
For Wi-Fi, the phone that scans it can open the join screen without typing the password. Everything is drawn in the browser; we do not upload the content to a server.

Important:
A public QR can be read by anyone who scans it. Do not put real passwords, tokens or private data on a poster or an open website.
Useful notes
- Leave a white border around the code when you print it; phones struggle with a QR stuck to the edge.
- H correction holds up better if part of the image is covered by a logo.
- Contrast matters: black on white is the safest. Avoid a dark code on a dark background.
- For Wi-Fi, special characters in the SSID or password ( ; , : \ ) are escaped automatically.
- Nothing is saved on the server. If you reload the page, the fields clear.
