How this CV vs job tool works

Paste the job posting and your CV. The tool extracts useful words and short phrases from the ad, then checks which of them already appear in the CV.

The score is coverage, not a hiring decision. Use the missing list as a prompt: add only the terms that are true for you.

Paste Both texts

The ad on the left, the CV on the right of the editor. Longer text gives a clearer list.

Check See the gaps

Green chips are already in the CV. The other list is what the ad talks about and the CV does not.

Edit Add only what is true

Do not stuff keywords. If you did the work, say it in a normal sentence.

Note: This is a keyword overlap, not an ATS simulation and not legal or career advice.

Useful notes

  •   Common words such as “the”, “and” or “experience” are ignored.
  •   A missing word is a hint, not an order. Only add it if it is true.
  •   If the ad is in English, paste an English CV, and the other way around.
  •   Your draft stays in this browser until you clear it.
